| 1 lb | pork chorizo |
| 1 lb | ground beef |
| 1-2 | jalapenos |
| 2 | bell peppers |
| 1 | white onion |
| 29 oz | fire roasted diced tomatoes |
| 4 cups | chicken/beef stock |
| 2 tbsp | taco seasoning / cumin |
| 16oz | softened cream cheese |
Recipe:
- Cook chorizo and chile in pot together until browned.
- Add diced onion, diced bell peppers, diced jalapenos, cooke until soft (5 minutes).
- Add chicken stock, tomatoes, softened cream cheese.
- Allow to cook at least 1 hour on low heat.
- Garnish with cheddar cheese if you wish.
