Ingredients:

4 cups | flour (bread or all purpose) |
1 tsp | sugar |
1 packet | yeast |
2 tsp | kosher salt |
1.5 cups | water (110 F) |
2 tbsp | olive oil |
Recipe:
- Combine all dry ingredients in a stand mixer bowl.
- While mixer is running, add water and oil. Beat until dogh forms into a ball.
- Remove from bowl, then knead into a smooth firm ball on a lightly floured surface.
- Grease a bowl with some olive oil, place ball of dough inside.
- Allow to rise until double in size (1-2 hours).
- Divide into 2 portions.
Optional Additional Steps for Extra Flavor 7. Place dough into a plastic bag with a little olive oil. 8. Refridgerate overnight before use.
